Pricing questions

What exactly is a successful payment?

A payment that Emprise verifies on-chain and marks paid. Expired, cancelled or failed sessions never count against your quota.

Do you take a percentage of each transaction?

No. You pay a flat monthly fee for a quota of successful payments. Your customer pays the network gas fee directly, not you.

What happens if I go over my quota?

You can upgrade to the next plan at any time. Overage handling is configurable, so you can either soft-cap or pay a reduced rate per extra payment.

Are my funds held by Emprise?

Never. Emprise is non-custodial. Funds move directly from your customer's wallet to your wallet on-chain. We never hold, move or custody them.

Can I change or cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are month to month. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your dashboard; changes apply at the next billing cycle.
